This page explains what information One Design Solutions, LLC (“we”) receives through this website and what we do with it.
Browsing the site
This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it sets no cookies. We serve it from our own server and do not keep a record of who visits.
Two outside services, Google Fonts and Font Awesome, serve the site’s typefaces and icons directly to your browser. Like any website request, that shares your IP address and browser details with them, and each handles it under its own privacy policy.
Contacting us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter, together with the IP address it was sent from. The form delivers them as an email to hello@onedesignsolutions.com. Our server logs the IP address of each submission so that we can limit abuse. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.
We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell it, use it for marketing lists, or share it outside the firm unless a project requires it and you have agreed. Ask us at any time to delete your messages and we will.
Client data
Data you provide for an engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement, not by this page. Data ownership, retention and destruction are agreed in writing before work starts.
